We have spent the last week in Austin at Julie and Brian’s playing with the Theo and Alden and just soaking up some good family time.

But today we headed off to Sao Miguel. A 4am alarm, flight to Boston, 10 hour layover and a red eye to Ponta Delgada meant that by the time we landed, we had been up for 26 hours with a couple of cat naps along the way.
